Are MWK and USD the same price converted?
No. MWK 14,000 and $8 are independent launch prices chosen intentionally for each market. They are not a currency conversion of each other. You pay in your preferred currency.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you permanent access to core bookkeeping, up to 5 clients, and up to 10 invoices per month — no credit card required, no trial expiration.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that your workspace reverts cleanly to the Free tier. Your data is never deleted.
What is the AI CFO?
The AI CFO is a read-only financial intelligence layer. It reads your verified financial context — revenue, cashflow, tax position, obligations — and answers questions about your financial health. It cannot move money, modify records, or generate fake numbers.
Is my financial data secure?
All data is stored in a row-level-secured PostgreSQL database on Supabase. Your workspace data is only readable by authenticated members with the correct role. Payments are processed through PayChangu and reconciled server-side — no card data passes through our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription payments are billed in advance. If you encounter an issue or believe you were billed in error, contact support within 7 days of payment. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms of Service.
